Shipping policy

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order—requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with shipping commencing the next business day. We process orders Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, additional processing time may be required. Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you are unsatisfied, you may return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
